Welcome to
PROXIMITY
PROXIMITY™ offers the most versatile, effective & patented lighting systems to supplement existing overhead lighting methods with light delivered directly to under-served, light-deprived and otherwise under-productive areas of the plant. Some call this type of lighting intercanopy, intracanopy, or under-canopy... we call it PROXIMITY
CUBE™ delivers maximum light coverage with two levels of light surrounding sections of plants providing two vertical feet of evenly distributed photons with virtually NO WASTED light delivered in PROXIMITY and actually touching the plants by design.
RACK™ will debut later this year 2024 as we continue to re-imagine delivery of light for cannabis. This time for cultivators using racking systems. We currently have partnerships and core customers who are the first to win with this innovative new fixture.

Features & Benefits
Our customers average over 20%+ lift in yield, 20%+ in bud grading and also a significant lift in the % of flower to all biomass produced. All of those metrics generate multiples on each other for an ROI in 1-2 harvests
RESULTS!
Flexible Design
Modular and customizable to fit virtually any grow environment including variations in plant height, plant spacing and bench widths/lengths with solutions for rolling trays, benches, rows on ground and racks
Integrate PROXIMITY with little to no downtime using existing control systems, no mounting hardware and supplement existing lighting methods to more evenly distribute light across canopy and improve plant uniformity
Seamless Integration
PROXIMITY can reduce trimming/pruning and, with CUBE even netting requirements. Contact us to discuss ways we can help adapt your labor programs to improve efficiencies and simultaneously increase production
Reduce Labor
Save Energy
PROXIMITY is carefully designed to touch the plants without harm to maximize absorption of nutrient rich micromoles and reach into and around the canopy to achieve production in otherwise unproductive areas
Protect Plants
Eliminate dark areas below the top canopy where harmful parasites and powdery mildew thrive also making detection and prevention easier.
PROXIMITY are the experts with years of data and results to ensure the success of our customers. Check out some case studies and a study performed on the effectiveness of PROXIMITY and published in Cannabis Business Times... then give us a call.

Testimonials
“With GLD’s ingenious approach to lighting, you can expect to increase yields by 25% without any harm or obstruction to the plant and produce more dense, sellable flower.”
Strawberry Fields
- Gevin Gros (Director of Cultivation)
"This structure, design and form factor is ideal for how cannabis is cultivated. It also allows for better photon capture under the canopy and higher accumulated DLIs where toplights can't, alone. "
Exalted Cannabis
- Brandon T. Albert (CEO & Cultivation Expert)
